Group Coaching
This service is meant for those who would like to develop their relationships.We also recommend it for persons with developmental disabilities and their families.
Examples of those who may wish to engage in group coaching sessions: room-mates, house-mates, co-workers in group-living or day program environments.
We schedule the length and frequency of sessions based on Your needs. Our usual proposition would be 6 weekly sessions followed by monthly meetings.
We offer a free, 30 min information call for new clients.
Sessions are 45 or 60 min / 120-160 CAD depending on the number of participants.
Spiritual Direction
While some of the tools and techniques used are similar to coaching, spiritual direction is distinctly different. The goal in spiritual direction is given to us by our spirituality.
We build intentional simplicity during these sessions, allowing God to communicate life through words, silence, sounds and images. Our style of spiritual direction involves the use of various creative arts.
We would like to offer our special attention to those who experience departure from a faith tradition, transition from high-demand religion or venture into the world of faith and belief for the first time.
